Complimentary shipping is available within Canada and the U.S., with details sent once your order is on its way.

As part of The Jodi Life’s brand policy, we do not offer refunds on any items sold. However, if your order isn’t quite right, you are welcome to request an exchange or a credit note, provided it meets the conditions below.

If you’re unsure about sizing, or if we’ve missed something and you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. A member of the Dashaa customer care team will be in touch within 1–2 business days to guide you through the return or exchange process.
