What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order means your piece is crafted after you purchase it — reducing waste and honoring thoughtful production.
Why do some products take longer to ship?
Many of our pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, which takes time — and ensures care in every detail.
How does Dashaa select the brands it carries?
We curate brands that blend cultural storytelling with elevated design, craftsmanship, and conscious production values.

Order & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is complimentary within Canada and the U.S. — no minimum required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most pieces are made to order and ship within 8–14 business days. Some may take up to 21 business days depending on craftsmanship.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping due to our brands’ made-to-order production timelines.
Can I shop in my local currency?
Yes — your currency will update automatically between CAD and USD based on your location.
Products & Sizing
Are your products ready to ship or made to order?
Most items are made to order in small batches, with care and intention by our partner brands.
Can I request a custom size or alteration?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizes or alterations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We assess returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Most of our brands do not accept returns or exchanges as the pieces are made just for you. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
